Often, if there is no pain afterwards, the patient assumes that their dental work must be satisfactory. However, if sub-standard materials are used the service life may be dramatically diminished, and can often lead to more serious dental problems.

Treatment -
We promise to treat all patients with concern, dignity, and respect. We will take whatever
time is necessary to fully understand your concerns, and develop a treatment plan together that meets your goals. Preservation of your natural teeth through preventative and restorative dentistry is a priority. It is our goal to provide pain free dentistry and your comfort is one of our primary concerns. We respect your right to confidentiality.

Relationships -
We hope to make every dental visit a positive experience for you. Long lasting
relationships are built when the dentist and patient have effective communication. These relationships are fostered when both parties come to respect that the process of successful treatment planning and execution involve a partnership. We invite patients to express their concerns, their fears, and to ask as many questions as it takes to feel comfortable with treatment. You will find that our dentists are truly concerned about you as an individual. We are proud to say that over 90% of all new patients, are referred to us by patients we already treat.

Education -
All of our dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and even our office staff are continually
furthering their education through courses, workshops, and meetings with industry representatives. Our goal is to provide you with the latest, least invasive, and long lasting dental procedures.

Safety -
We take patient safety very seriously. Infection control procedures are followed strictly. Every room is disinfected after every patient. All instruments are sterilised at very high temperatures. We only use high quality personal protective clothing and equipment to ensure your safety  at all times. All water used in your treatment is filtered within our practice before use.  We adhere to the latest guidelines in crossinfection to ensure the safety of our patients.

Technology -
We have committed our practice to using the best diagnostic and treatment equipment
on the market. Every treatment room has a computer system, we have intra oral and digital cameras which makes possible a high level of patient education and treatment planing for any issue being discussed.
